Mobile Terms & Services
Last Updated: December 17, 2024
The Parte Haus mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Parte Haus ("we," "us," or "Parte Haus"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also update these Mobile Terms, and continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By opting into the Parte Haus SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Parte Haus at the mobile number you provided. This may include both service-related messages (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional messages (e.g., sales, special offers). Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.
Key Details:
- Voluntary Participation: Signing up for this program is optional and not required for purchases. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message and Data Rates: While we do not charge for the Service, standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details on any applicable fees.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with the Service.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You can opt out of the Service anytime by texting STOP to +13012152674 or clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message (if available). After opting out, you’ll receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you. If subscribed to multiple Parte Haus mobile programs, you must opt out of each program separately.
Support and Assistance:
For help, text HELP to +13012152674 or email us at admins@shoppartehaus.com.
Service Changes:
We may change the short code or phone number used to operate the Service. If this occurs, we’ll notify you, but messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received. Parte Haus is not responsible for any unreceived messages or requests sent to inactive numbers.
Additional Terms:
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must re-enroll using your new number.
To the extent allowed by law, Parte Haus is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in information, or actions you take based on information received via the Service.
